During her time as the Education Director of the school, Fronda established a strong education base through the use of the Pivot Point Education Systems curriculum. This means that our students receive the best education... worldwide! Fronda has been very active in the role of education, receiving her Bachelor's of Science Degree from San Jose State University and Teacher's Credential from SJSU a year later.

As President of College of Cosmetology, Inc., and previous School Director, Tony has increased the technological advancements of our classrooms and clinic.  Having served as former President and Vice President of the Association of Oregon Cosmetology Colleges (AOCC), Tony was active in the unification and associating of all Oregon Cosmetology Schools.

Tony and Fronda share a strong belief that being a local business owner means giving time to make the community better. They have been the example through their countless hours of service to local organizations such as the Klamath County Chamber of Commerce, Worforce Development Committee, Local School Committee, and Klamath Rotary.
